Locals is not allowing uploads of video or graphic content.
This has been going on since Sunday and it would be wonderful if Locals finally invested in their platform, seeing that you do profit from it and should get things fixed !!
The CYNISISM to add a field where it "allows" to upload a photo or screenshot to you has not escaped me !

The polls are closed and the counts are almost in. By midnight the last counts should be a wrap and so far this is what the results are from the Meck-Vor State election.
It would seem that AfD and SPD are going to be fighting for the smaller parties.
If AfD can convince the Linke or the Grüne to join them, they are in as leading party, however if SPD joins up with Die Linke, then AfD will have no other choice than to form a coalition with the Greens.
So far the results are:

AfD 38,1%
SPD 35,5%
Linke 6,5 %
Grüne 5,6%

This is battle far government is from over !
