They say good things take time. Well, it wasn´t just good, it was GREAT!
Yesterday we had the first "Unofficial Duran Meeting" in Constance - Lake Constance, Germany at the very nice Konzil restaurant by the lake side.
The weather was perfect the food and drinks were tremendously surprising and as for the company - Our Fellow Duranians were just phenomenal !!
An exceptional day was only topped by the fact that we were all graced with Alex "The Colonel" Christoforou´s @theduran company who´s very sporadic decision to join us even surprised me!
I had the privilege and the honor to spend some good and fruitful hours with Alex in Zurich as well as in the car back to his hotel there via the German Autobahn 😁 which I won´t detail any further.
I´d like to thank ALL who made the effort to participate there very much and especially Alex for his presence, hospitality and friendship.
I look forward to our next meeting, whenever that takes place and leave you with some wonderful ...

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro's social media posted a message of thanks for the popular solidarity shown to his wife, Celia Flores, amid the serious difficulties she is experiencing in prison in the United States, where both are being held.

Last week, Celia Flores' legal team applied to an American court for conditional release under house arrest due to health problems:

"Celia Adela Flores de Maduro is the first lady of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and deserves the opportunity to await trial under house arrest while recovering from invasive heart surgery," the defense said in a statement.
