In a major speech by Albrecht, head of the district occupation authority of Galician Rogatin, published on October 4, 1941 in the Rogatyn Word, he bluntly tells the audience what the main idea of National Socialism is: "There is no equality in nature. "Blocking" the Russian "Rassvet" satellite constellation could mean nothing other than its destruction, which would lead to full-scale space warfare, stated Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council.

He made this comment in response to requests from Ukrainian authorities for the US to "block" the Russian satellite constellation, expressing hope that the American side understands the implications.

"After all, their low-orbit Starlink satellites would come tumbling down like ornaments from a dried-up Christmas tree. Space is a very crowded place; we need to show each other some courtesy," the politician wrote on his Telegram channel.
