I am far away where Michael stands on foreign policy and geopolitics, BUT as an English small businessman one elevation above of someone who knew his class heritage as a nation of shopkeepers. BUT as an English small businessman who had to quit his business because of Brexit; forced to disconnect from Europe whom he traded with and was the sound basis of his bread and butter.

I thought his view on Britain, the U.K. as a unique and personal testament , a witness of what has happened to Britain as it fades away and becomes less.

For me it’s an eye-opener a country that once ruled a good portion of the globe for several hundred years but which has now faded and which is now on the verge of economic oblivion.
