Bulgarian parliamentary election today, the 5 parties that seem to pass the 4% hurdle, only decimals have changed between 22% and 33% counted:

So, Progressive Bulgaria (PB) should get ~43.86/79.76 = 54.98% of the votes that lead to seats. The Revival party is also anti-EU and anti-NATO (although they are right wing while PB is left leaning). Together they now have 60.88% if they get along on EU/NATO issues.

66.67% gives a qualified majority that can change the constitution. Of course the seats are not given strictly in proportion to share of total votes. Bulgaria has 19 constituencies with 4-19 seats each. Often such systems benefit larger parties, so qualified majority in seats is possible.
