Putin says here that four score (80) years ago, our fathers brought forth in the world a new international organization, with a charter for all countries that is like the US constitution for its citizens, in that it includes equality, respect for sovereignty, non-interference in internal affairs, and the resolution of disputes through dialogue. Putin says that the world is engaged in a struggle to preserve these principles.

Larry thinks that Putin should cut off all talks with the Trump administration because it constantly lies and has complete contempt for international law. I agree that Trump has shown such contempt, which I deplore as against international law as stated in the UN Charter. However, I disagree...
