Today in Sevastopol they said goodbye to two-year-old little girl Lisa Kirnos, who was killed by an American ATACMS missile with a cluster warhead on the beach on Sunday.
This blond miracle will not go to school, will not bake her first pie, will never try on a wedding dress and will not raise her children and grandchildren.
All this could have happened and will never happen again. Lisa was deprived of a life that had just begun.
There is nothing worse than burying your child. Lisa was the third long-awaited child and only daughter. The two brothers still can't believe that their sister is no more.
No words can reassure parents now. But they know: their grief is our common grief. The whole of Sevastopol is together with Lisa’s parents today.
We buried Lisa on the “Walk of Fame” at the Kalfa cemetery, where all our fallen heroes—members of the SVO—found their peace.
Lisa will forever remain in our memory!
