The problem for SpaceX is twofold: the company actually must perform "in the real world" rather than rely on a third-party business model like Amazon did (and does - Amazon does not manufacture anything of substance) and for SpaceX to ever maintain profitable datacenters in space is exceedingly unlikely, ever.

Also consider the massive debt that funds SpaceX business. That debt must be repaid, and as the years follow on with meager revenue (except from Starlink) and interest rates climb, that debt will be hard to maintain. (Note that Amazon built its business model when federal fund interest rates were at zero for many years.)...
