I've Seen the Future in London and it looks Grim.
Having just returned from a trip to London I've seen things that portend a nasty future on the roads for motorists everywhere else. All over the city the speed limit is now 20 miles per hour. On the few freeways that exist within the city the speed limit is 30 miles per hour. Have you driven at these speeds for prolonged periods of time? It's awful. And if you drive too fast, a litany of speed cameras will quickly send you a ticket. Cab drivers are frustrated and angry. What if there's heavy traffic and you decide to take a shortcut? Ticket. Many roads have essentially been privatized and equipped with cameras to punish those who stray into them. My friend in London has lost his shortcut route to work as a result.
Cabbies can also be ticketed for picking up passengers in an inappropriate location. One complained that it's difficult to find a place to park to go to the washroom. Add to that more bus lanes, cyclists, and scooters and you have a cocktail of frustration. I was also shocked to see that motorists have to pay five pounds to drop someone off at the airport. I tremble to think that our (Canadian) road engineers are getting ideas if they visit London.
As I was leaving London, Keir Starmer had turned his focus to going after customers drinking and smoking outside pubs. It's extremely common after quitting time to see customers standing outside drinking and smoking. This upsets Starmer and he's planning on snuffing it out. Nigel Farage, a drinker and smoker, has promised to oppose the government, although he lacks the number of MP's to do it. London is losing its lustre for me. It's a city full of cameras, full of the state smacking motorists on the wrist, and full of big brother starting to make his presence felt.

Q & A Part 2 with Larry Johnson

My Fellow Duranians,
as promised here is my second part of our questions for Larry and a little extra on top.
I didn´t want to keep Larry too long today as it is a busy time for him and I increasingly feel more and more sympathy with his itinerary of long days.
Thanks to Larry for making time for us again

The Flow or Delegated Power in The United States of America

Supremacy Clause, Organic States and the Administrative States of State:

Presumption Does Not Assume Delegated Powers

by: Lisa Kay of the family Schaffer

The architecture of American constitutional authority is rooted in a unique theory of delegated power.

Unlike systems in which sovereignty originates in a monarch, parliament, or centralized state, the

American constitutional order begins with the people as the ultimate source of political authority. From

them, sovereignty flows to their States, and only thereafter to any federal entity the States choose to

create. This upward delegation of power—people→People → States → Federal Republic—forms the

essential logic of the Ninth and Tenth Amendments and establishes the framework within which all

federal authority must be understood.

At the center of this structure lies the Supremacy Clause of Article VI of the 1787 Federal Republic

Constitution. This clause, often invoked but rarely examined in its original context, is the only

constitutional provision in which the People and the States explicitly delegated a limited form of

supremacy to the Federal Republic. Its placement, meaning, and scope are foundational to

understanding ...

A quick commentary on the "Piss Summit"
I might not be able to upload much more or do lives for a while

My Fellow Duranianss.

Yes, it's happened again. I have been assaulted by a vicious Malware Bot Virus or whatever 911 Socks is and this thing is bad !

However I wanted to give you a "peace" of my mind concerning the "Piece" or piss, as Elensky calls it, as this thing fell to pieces before it even happened.

Coincidentally on the very SAME DAY  this crap happened Saudi Arabia DROPPED the US Petrodollar as a buying currency and NO ONE absolutely NO ONE is talking about this fact anywhere !!!

Hope to see you all asap.
