SUPREME COURT DELIVERS MASSIVE WIN FOR BORDER SECURITY

In a decisive 6-3 ruling today, the Supreme Court upheld the Trump administration's authority to block criminal aliens from reentering the United States, including certain lawful permanent residents treated as seeking admission.

The decision in Blanche v. Lau affirms that the Department of Homeland Security can use long-standing tools under the Immigration and Nationality Act to keep out foreigners convicted of crimes involving moral turpitude or aggravated felonies. No more easy reentry for those who put American lives at risk.

This is a clear victory for the rule of law and common sense. America first means putting citizens ahead of foreign criminals who think they can game the system. The left's open-border agenda just took another major hit.
