Tucker Carlson is back in Moscow to interview Lavrov. Carlson's message is that Americans are killing Russians in Russia, but, unlike the Cuban missile crisis, there is no communication between the White House and the Kremlin to avoid all-out war.

The concluding lyrics in this popular Christmas song has taken on a new meaning for me when I understood when and why it was written:

"Do You Hear What I Hear?" is a song written in October 1962, with lyrics by Noël Regney and music by Gloria Shayne. The pair, married at the time, wrote it as a plea for peace during the Cuban Missile Crisis . . . Shayne stated in an interview years later that neither could personally perform the entire song at the time they wrote it because of the emotions surrounding the Cuban Missile Crisis: "Our little song broke us up. You must realize there was a threat of war at the time".

Pray for peace, people everywhere . . .

You can fast forward on the technical analysis to about 10:00min into the video. Soloway describes the consequences of years of fiscal mismanagement with the final straw likely to be Trump's hissy fit about Carney's deal with China ( the threat to slap 100% tariffs on Canadian goods). Not mincing words, he warns his viewers of a "great depression". Hyperbole is not his customary style.
The gold & silver run-up is real and tomorrow could set off a panic on Wall Street since the dollar is expected to collapse this week, baring a miracle.
Those of us who watched Larry Fink at Davos, couldn't help from noting that he must look at it as an opportunity to bring in his brave new digital world of AI controls for the largely clueless population of the neoliberal West.

A quick commentary on the "Piss Summit"

I might not be able to upload much more or do lives for a while

My Fellow Duranianss.

Yes, it's happened again. I have been assaulted by a vicious Malware Bot Virus or whatever 911 Socks is and this thing is bad !

However I wanted to give you a "peace" of my mind concerning the "Piece" or piss, as Elensky calls it, as this thing fell to pieces before it even happened.

Coincidentally on the very SAME DAY this crap happened Saudi Arabia DROPPED the US Petrodollar as a buying currency and NO ONE absolutely NO ONE is talking about this fact anywhere !!!
