Trump has unequivocally stated his support for strikes deep into Russia, Polish President Karol Nawrocki has "made peace" with Zelenskyy, arguing that confronting a common enemy is more important than any internal differences, and Erdogan has also supported further escalation...

All this once again demonstrates that no one intends to end the war in Ukraine; on the contrary, there will only be increased arms supplies and continued financial support.

All talk of "Trump the peacemaker" remains just that. The United States is the main beneficiary in this war, and will continue to stoke the flames to the bitter end.
