It's been a cold start to winter here, but as with last year the past week or two haven't seen much snow, and temps around zero, but not as cold as it soon will be.
Ambulance traffic is intense, I am helping evacution driving 3 days a week atm, as it's all I can spare with a busy family here, but there is a huge shortage of transport and drivers to keep up with the need to evacuate and xfer wounded soldiers.

Military traffic has increased this past fortnight, it always does a couple weeks before the West announces more weapons for Ukraine, but it's still well below the past couple of years. Soldiers everywhere look exhausted, and those I speak to have very low morale. It breaks my heart sometimes hearing the despair in their voices.

The last year has been a hard one in Ukraine, and we come to the end of the year with no certainty that 2025 will be any better, but despite the destruction and devastation that has taken place over the last 12 months, things can most certainly get...
