Retired British Commadore Steve Jermy outlines what a war between Russia and western Europe would look like.

Jermy's view is that Russia is likely to use conventionally armed missiles to strike western Europe to take out drone production facilities. If NATO countries retaliate, Russia will then take out energy infrastructure and blockade Europe. The war is likely to end with the defeat of European nations and an economic collapse comparable to the 1930s.

The vast majority of attacks are likely to be by air. Russia has no interest in invading Europe.
