Unfortunately some days again one of my children contracted a virus at pre-school and it has been spreading through our family. Yesterday it reached me, and after I finished my video I got hit by a high temperature and was obliged to take to bed. I am still very ill today, with dizzy fits and a fever, and though I hate missing a day, I simply cannot do a video today. In my experience these virus rage like a storm and quickly pass, and I expect to be doing videos again as normal from tomorrow. My apologies to everyone in the meantime.

Unfortunately I was taken ill with a London winter virus infection yesterday and have been running a high temperature. One of my children caught it in pre-school, and it has been sweeping through our family, each of us getting it one by one. Yesterday it was my turn.

In my experience these London virus infections rage like a storm but quickly burn themselves out, so I expect to be myself again soon. But with a temperature and dizzy fits I am simply not up to doing a Live Stream today.

On the assumption that I will be myself again tomorrow I will see if I can reschedule perhaps for Friday.
