I have very good news.😄
Today I was heading to appointment and I did notice that MTA , the New York Subway elevator was washed by using shampoo!
I am not kidding, this was for real.
On the way back I saw the cleaning crew , with newly hired young people in it standing together waiting for train to come.
I did approach them, they said Hi to me waiting for answering question I might have.
But I told them instead “ thank you”, “ thank you for what you do, it’s so important!”
It was happy reaction from them and young man in his 20’s replied “ yes, it’s very important “ and all of them wished me wonderful day.
Why I am telling this?
Because it is really, hugely important.
Do you know, when you are depressed, the first sign of your decision to readiness to come out of depression is when you clean up your room. It is sign of self organization.
The same is about the country.
As depressed as we all were during Biden administration, and feeling of terrible moral and psychological downfall, I see with this little thing about subway cleaning , as the very positive sign .
It’s up to us as well and we can make each other feel important and value each other, that how we all with come out of depressive feeling that blocks creativity.
And never forget to notice people and say thank” you” . That’s how we will survive and get better. Love to all! 💕
