🇩🇪 ELECTION FRAUD IN GERMANY?
To get seats in the German parliament you need at least 5% of votes, hence all parties below 5% are not part of the government and are irrelevant.
-> Look at the BSW, the party of Sarah Wagenknecht! They’re missing just a few votes.
They were extremely close, but now it even look like that they could have been cheated!

Now what happened?
The German ambassador to the Uk, says he has not received election documents and ballots, hence Germans abroad were not able vote.
Such tactics, happened already with Georgian and Moldovan elections. If you can predict that a specific country where your citizens reside, overwhelmingly vote for one party, just exclude them.
Literally the same happens with Moldovan and Georgian diasporas in eastern countries, while the ones in the west were able to vote.
And it worked.

A politician from the BSW, sounds the alarm and calls exactly this out!
He suggests that the German constitutional court in Karlsruhe will have to deal with this, hence they want to sue.
Whenever it is election fraud, or just a mistake is not important! The BSW party is missing so few votes and also having an influence on the government coalition, hence it is important and all that looks suspicious.
This would have made a big difference, since the government would be formed out of 3 parties and not 2 parties.

Pro government journalists seemingly also had access to the election data, before the voting booths closed and the election was even finished.
1) The voting closed at 6:00pm (18:00)
2) Tilo Jung knew the BSW party is out at 5:06pm (17:06)
Now with so few votes, it’s fishy

Additional potential target of the elections denial of Germans abroad could be the AFD party, because they have 152 seats and with just 6 seats more, they would have 25% of the seats and got specific parliamentary minority rights!
The rules of procedure of the Bundestag provide for various parliamentary minority rights that can be exercised if at least 25 percent of the deputies support the motions.
These include the right to set up a committee of inquiry and the right to bring an action for violation of the principle of subsidiarity.
-> Could have been a worse threat for the mainstream government than the BSW, owning the parliament.
If the BSW and AFD were both in the parliament, they could have exercised these rights together and audit the government and this is now not possible.
Though the German "deep state" in any case does not want the anti-mainstream parties (BSW and AFD) to grow and become part of the political process, hence they fight them with all they've got.
