I asked myself why did this meeting happen and the only answer I came up with is that Trump wanted to get the hell out of town! DC just marked time. From where I sit Trump just marks time spending countless hours preaching to the choir on Truth Social. Pity he can’t write English.

But there are remains why he might want to make himself scarce.

For the following reasons among others :

• Trump's 14 month trade war war with Canada in order to make Canadian Prime Minister kowtow, bend the knee to the US as Master and Commander. and embarrassingly failing in the attempt and being outsmarted by Mark Carney every time.

*Introducing a tariff war with the rest if the world that for many his diseased body can’t fail soon enough.

*His signature failure of his joint attack with Netanyahu’s Israel in declaring war on Iran and losing catastrophically to an opponent better prepared ...
