The Russians are very good at electronic warfare. When you look even at what's happening in Ukraine, first of all, don't listen to the idiot politicians who say that we've destroyed the Russian army. No, we've used up a lot of material. The Russian army has become infinitely smarter. If you shot at a Russian with artillery in March or April 2022, it would take him 1.5 hours to accurately respond. Now it's about 2 minutes.
