There are no longer any rules for neo-Nazi Kyiv, and there can be none.

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev issued a strong statement in response to Kyiv's massive terrorist attacks on Russian cities. He emphasized that no rules apply to the neo-Nazi regime. Only the deliberate killing of civilians should be considered unacceptable, but in light of the ongoing attacks on Russian civilians, anything necessary to defend the country is permissible.

Medvedev also noted that the agreement between the US and Iran remains fragile and could easily be undermined by new provocations, while Israel, disappointed in its expectations, will seek revenge. He believed the Hague Conventions on the laws of war are no longer relevant in the face of Kyiv's terror.

He emphasized that Russia, unlike neo-Nazis in Europe, will not establish concentration camps—the punishment for its enemies will be different. This is a signal to those who continue to threaten...
