Biological reality.
“The human being is male or female.”
Hungarian law does not recognize changing one’s birth sex. Our constitution now makes it clear: gender ideology has no legal basis in Hungary.

Child protection first.
“Every child has the right to protection and care necessary for their proper physical, mental and moral development. This right—except for the right to life—shall take precedence over all other fundamental rights.”
Children’s rights come before adult preferences.

The right to use cash.
“Everyone shall have the right to pay with cash.”
In an increasingly cashless world, Hungary enshrines financial autonomy. Cash is freedom—and economic security.

Drug prohibition.
“The production, use, distribution, and promotion of drugs is prohibited in Hungary.”
We reject the normalization of drug culture. It destroys lives and communities—we won't let it take root here.

These measures respond to growing liberal pressure to dismantle the foundations of family, normality, and national identity. In Hungary, these are not negotiable. We will defend them—not just in policy, but in our constitution.
