The Russian Defense Ministry says it struck Kiev’s Be Mobile / B-Mobile data center with air-launched weapons and drones. Moscow says the site stored, processed and transmitted data — including intelligence — and supported Ukrainian military networks. Independent damage assessments are incomplete. The target choice is not.
