The linked article was "sanitized" by the CIA, where the article does not mention John Paisley by name. Paisley founded the CIA sex club described, along the same lines that Jeffrey Epstein worked for intelligence services and founded his. Paisley was a notorious double agent, who supposedly committed suicide, but was actually deleted by a contractor employed by the Agency.

The actual mole in the CIA at the time, Koecher, was eventually arrested and exchanged for Shcharansky, reminscent of the Viktor Bout exchange, where Bout was traded for a stoned tatted amazonian lesbian basketball player.

I'd also like to comment on Yuri Nosenko. Nosenko was tortured by the CIA to reveal his status as a dangle, but to no avail. That was a terminally stupid move by the Agency. The torture plan versus a well-trained KGB man where Nosenko had far less than zero to gain by flipping, could have only been pushed by a brain-dead US marine, which it was.

Did Bagley truly believe that Nosenko would say, "Yeah I was dispatched to cover for a mole in the Agency but I only know his code name"? Nosenko knew what the result of that would be. Nosenko's wiki page only briefly and incompletely touches on the abuse that Nosenko suffered at the hands of the CIA. Okay all intel agencies do that, but isn't the US supposed to be the media-spun "shining light on the hill"?

Ah well, then we have the entire Iraq CIA torture campaign and Gitmo debacle after all.
