Following yesterday's event and in continuation to the comment I posted under Alexander's last video, I feel a need to share more info about Serbia's relations with Russia, including relations between our presidents.
I will here share what Vucic said (quite intentionally, of course) couple of weeks ago during one interview. The obvious purpose is to illustrate his relations to Putin.
According to this statement, few year ago, Vucic went to meet Putin. He arrived at late hours, and went to one of dachas, as the Russian President resided there. Vucic brought one icon as a gift to his host and was allowed to go to Putin without any checking/examination of the package he had with him. He found Putin in bad mood, very silent. The host took an icon, kissed it, and they set and spoke for hours.
From this story, we can conclude that this was neither a state or a working visit of one state official to the other, but rather a private one, and apparently, the one that was never made public.
As said before, many people tend to see Orban as some kind of a 'great rebellion', hero, and Hungary as some kind of a 'beacon of resistance' (!?) while they WENT ALONG ALL sanctions against Russia! Running the mouth is not the same as DOING things. Seems like it has to be repeated over and over again that ONLY Serbia (in Europe, with the exception of Belarus) did not introduce ANY sanctions against Russia - despite all the pressures, which include the recent colure revolution attempt. In addition, as I said many times, Serbia is much more vulnerable compared to Hungary: our Kosovo and Metohija is occupied by NATO and our Republika Srpska is under constant attack!
