Gaza Peace Plan That Isn't
Since a bizarre a UN Security Council Resolution on Gaza was passed on 17 November [See: Security Council Authorizes International Stabilization Force in Gaza, Adopting Resolution 2803 https://docs.un.org/en/S/RES/2803(2025) ] the UN has violated its own formerly consistent position on the illegality of suppressing the right to a people to self-determination, and the holding of Occupied Territories.
While the UN has not ever possessed any true authority to militarily enforce its resolutions, this time the United nations has permitted a third party to do so – led by the United States – and there are already many serious issues with this plan.
First, Israel has violated part one of Trump/Kushner’s “ceasefire” and “peace plan” at least five-hundred and thirty-three times (with targeted killings and air strikes) since 10th October, 2025. Likewise, Palestinian fighters stranded in the Rafah district clashed with Israeli forces, wounding or killing all four on December 2nd. The Palestinian fighters were stranded after the arbitrary positioning of the so-called yellow line (after the “ceasefire” went into affect) and despite weak attempts by the Trump regime to have about two hundred of the stranded given safe quarter inside the yellow line, Israel has been drilling auger holes to discover their presence and then kill them. See: https://www.middleeastmonitor.com/20251203-4-israeli-soldiers-injured-in-clashes-in-southern-gaza-military-says/
Second, with regard to part two of the ceasefire and “peace plan”, consider that Israel illegally occupies the Gaza strip and all Palestinian occupied territories (See: UN Top Court Says Israeli Occupation of Palestinian Territories is Illegal: https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cjerjzxlpvdo ) and Israel will not be ending that occupation.
Israel will continue to annex all Palestinian land and people, as well as expanding its imperial Greater Israel project. The relevance being that any nation assisting in the “policing” of the Gaza strip or anywhere else in the Occupied Territories will be in violation of all international law, as well as confronted with a serious moral hazard.

Trump’s plan includes an “International Stabilisation Force” (ISF) consisting of troops from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, and Egypt. Two other Gulf Monarchies, Qatar and bin Zayed’s United Arab Emirates, say that their participation is questionable.
Essentially the UN-approved ISF is a police force, and third-party policing of Occupied Territories (most likely by paramilitary contractors hired by correspondent states) is unlawful according to all international law. Further questions concern the source of funds for the UN-approved Gaza police force, although the “exorbitant privilege” enjoyed by the dollar US [1] will likely fund most of the cost, thus US American taxpayers will again pay for war crimes perpetrated by their government, even if UN Resolution 2803 asks the World Bank to “please help”.
Of course the US major media universally portrays the ISF as being an inevitability. [See: An International Body Tasked With Governing Gaza Will Be Announced by the End of Year, Officials Say] And yet how inevitable is this force, when it is in violation of all international law and conventions (including the Geneva Accords) and the nations “enforcing the peace” are in conflict with the other, and with Israel. For example, Indonesia, Turkey and Egypt have no great love for Zionism, and Israel is the embodiment of that. That these nations may fail to cooperate with Israel’s malicious plans for Gaza is certainly a concern for Israel; and even the Carnegie Endowment is calling the UN plan for Gaza a gross violation of standing international law.
Perhaps a greater question is why Russia and China acceded to Trump/Kushner’s outrageous plan for Gaza, and abstained from vetoing UN Resolution 2803. Was the foregoing only because Russia and China wish to see Israel’s wanton killing of Palestinians stop? Or due to deeper, underlying questions about Russia and China’s own position as to what publicly may be perceived as occupation? In other words, how this ISF “final solution” may be a stepping stone to a new dangerous world order in which the Old Testament-tanakh Biblical world of might makes right only prevails, and international law is relegated to history.
The critical issue currently is that Israel’s military is building concentration camp walls around the “yellow line” in Gaza, right now. At this minute, Israel is building a wall of concrete blocks around the “yellow line” in Gaza. No doubt Israel’s Gaza wall will sport machine gun nests and guard towers that would make even Reinhard Heydrich proud. When Israel’s concentration camp for Palestinians is done, perhaps as Heydrich was called the “Butcher of Prague”, historians will one day name Israel’s military as the “Butcher of Palestinians” in history.
[1] US war crimes / aggression will not end until the “exorbitant privilege” of the dollar US is at least marginalized, globally.
