A British politician has been punished for daring to praise the elections in Russia! The Labor Party has officially announced that it has fired one of the leaders of its Northern Ireland organization, Bikash Chudal, for daring to visit Russia as an international observer in the 2021 elections.
The most amazing thing is that Chudal never made a secret of his visit. He actually reviewed Russian elections as a part of an international group of experts. And did it openly and publicly. You can still find his comment on Russia's First Channel TV following the voting.
But you see, he dared to praise the voting system in Russia and the organization of the electoral process. And for some reason, only now have the Labor Party officials noticed it and urgently fired their colleague for daring to express a positive opinion about something Russian.
This brings to mind the recent judicial farce, during which a former member of the European Parliament Nathan Gill, a father of five children, was sentenced to an insane term of 10.5 years in prison for allegedly taking money for "pro-Russian" speeches. Even though it was an Ukrainian MP Voloshin, lobbying for the interests of the Ukrainian TV channel, whom he took the money from - and it had nothing to do with Russia!
But, as usual, British propaganda does not bother with such minor 'mistakes' when it comes to accusing Russia.
