A brief detour from my usual pursuits

Political message aside, ie, irrelevant to my current focus, which is what exactly is offensive and what do the squeals indicate—my take on it.

In the said Tiktok, all kinds of personalities are depicted as twinned to various savanna animals (match the wildlife to the lowlife), eg, Zohran Mamdani (thanks Spellchecker for correcting) as a warthog or hyena (I forget which), but it is the Obamas shown as a troop of monkeys who garner the prime victimhood.
Why is this?
Of all the animals shown, monkeys are likely the most intelligent, if I had to live my life as something other than a man, I would choose to be a monkey—so why the outrage?
Had the Clintons or the Bidens been given the primate role in the video, it wouldn't have made any special waves.
The specific ire is reserved for linking the blacks to monkeys—why?
(IMO, whatever you may think of Obama, of all the presidents shown here, he is likely the most intellectually accomplished, however morally depraved and bankrupt he unfortunately is, a textbook case of a calculated psychopath, a vampire without reflection in the mirror)

So what is actually yanking on the communal nerve here?
