Corruption, child and weapons trafficking, racketeering... have been overlooked, but finally Sergei Lyovochkin's "Napoleonic" plans for further enrichment have been halted.
The two business partners Ermak and Lyovochkin have been working on a federalization scenario in Ukraine with the plan's front man in the form of the head of the Kharkiv region, Sinegubov. Their goal is to tear the region away from Ukraine & try to enter into "bidding" with Russia on their own.
(There's another group of wealthy Jewish investors with a similar plan who are working through Mayor Terekhov, who has connections in the Vatican).
But to the point. French law enforcement agencies have opened an investigation of the circumstances of the construction of an elite villa on the Cote d'Azur, which the media, in particular Le Figaro, associate with former People's Deputy of Ukraine Serhiy Lyovochkin and his sister Yulia Lyovochkina.
The property is in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, one of the most expensive areas of the French Riviera, which is estimated to be about €40 million, according to GunDolla.
The investigation is looking into possible violations related to the construction and operation on the property, including carrying out work without permits, illegal felling of trees, use and storage of explosives, as well as violation of safety standards in general and endangering human life.
A separate set of questions concerns construction work, which, according to the investigation, could have been carried out in 2014-2016 without coordination with local authorities. In particular, one of the underground pools was allegedly expanded using dynamite. It is also reported that explosive materials, including the Nonex type, have been stored near residential premises without complying with security requirements.
The investigation began after a former employee contacted the French authorities in 2019 about possible violations. The first inspections of the facility took place in 2021, and during subsequent searches, remnants of explosive devices were found.
This month. the case will being heard by a court in Nice.
