A record number of ships are passing through the strait of Hormuz now, 17 vessels within the past 24 hours. It appears that the statistics are a bit off / skewed though (a higher number was reported earlier) and for reasons known only to the combatants and vessel captains. See the monitor link:

As for the US blockade of Iran-bound ships, that allegation appears to be bullshit for now. The US blockade -- beside being effectively unenforceable -- has met with Saudi complaints at a high level. And most of US blockade news is from Centcom which operates along lying lines more so even than Kiev's output of lies, by comparison.
"Unnamed Sources" I can't vouch for fully, have said that Israel was told to back off from attacking Iran and Lebanon. Rumor has it that both the Saudi's and UAE have pressured Israel. However a source has said that the IDF took big casualties and damage when attempting to take a key strategic town in South Lebanon.
Same source said the Russian leadership is none to pleased about the Assassination Nation attacking Bushehr, and told Israel that Russia's "special relationship" with their maladjusted Black Sea descendants will suffer if the IAF continues to attack the reactor there. (For more info see the Times of India YT video on that)
Another word is that Trump had a stroke a few weeks ago, and in true Imperial style, the stroke has been kept under wraps, and the news away from the media. I am unsure if the foregoing is speculation or fact, but Trump's recent behavior would seem to confirm that.
US congress seems to be attempting some sort of vote to challenge Trump & Mileikowsky's war, but that likely won;t go anywhere. Trump is supposedly desperate to get out of this, but Israel is still braying for more war despite some international pressure for Israel to back off.
By the way the crypto Iran is using is mainly China CBDC, ie the e-CNY, and not CIA back-door bitcoin. Iran learned its lesson about Wall Street bitcoin. But with many punters stupid, they think China is using US bitcoin to 'screw the man".... and that's given a big boost to bitcoin's reputation and a higher price lately. (Recall that bitcoin is derivative of fiat currency and not a replacement or substitute for it)
Iran does have bitcoin BTC server farms and can 'launder' bitcoin through peer-to-peer presence on the blockchain (and via Iran's peer presence on the "mining" cloud) but BTC is not substantially the crypto that Iran leverages, the e-CNY is.
