Good health is largely in your own hands. Here was my advice to an overweight lady of 23.
1- Don't take any vaccines or medications. They are all toxic with side effects that create new problems.
2- Never eat or cook with vegetable oils - sunflower / canola / olives / palm / safflower / soybean / corn / margarine etc. These were originally used for lubricating machines and weapons. Use butter / ghee / tallow or lard. That is what people traditionally cooked with. It is healthy. However, it takes 6 years to completely get rid of the vegetable oils in your system. Vegetable oils lead to inflammation. It damages the blood vessels. This leads to cholesterol deposits to try repair the veins. Remove the inflammation and the cholesterol will go away.
3- Eat plenty of meat / dairy products / fish and chicken. Eat smaller portions of potatoes, bread, pasta and rice. Do not stop eating carbohydrates.
4- Avoid all prepared foods as they all contain vegetable oils. They put it in sausages / biscuits / cakes / ice cream and all tinned foods.
5- Buy your own ingredients and learn to cook.
6- Never buy foods marked "Lite". Always use full-fat milk, cheeses and yogurt.
7- Stop drinking all soft drinks - especially the ones with artificial sweeteners. They are toxic.
8- Stop eating sugar completely for a few months. Later, you can eat things with natural sugar (cane or beetroot sugar) in small quantities.
9- Eat fried eggs with butter and bread for breakfast - not cornflakes.
10- Stay away from doctors. They are ill-educated morons and liars.
