Even though the SpaceX operation itself is losing money hand over fist, analysts always say, "look at Amazon": https://finance.yahoo.com/news/jeff-bezos-says-overnight-success-164517288.html
And these IPO's are always the same: Wall Street pumps and dumps. The public equivalent to Pavlov's dogs, conditioned to be swindled by Wall Street banks every time.
The problem for SpaceX is twofold: the company actually must perform "in the real world" rather than rely on a third-party business model like Amazon did (and does - Amazon does not manufacture anything of substance) and for SpaceX to ever maintain profitable datacenters in space is exceedingly unlikely, ever.
Also consider the massive debt that funds SpaceX business. That debt must be repaid, and as the years follow on with meager revenue (except from Starlink) and interest rates climb, that debt will be hard to maintain. (Note that Amazon built its business model when federal fund interest rates were at zero for many years.)
Likewise to pay that debt, the Afrikaner may be forced to sell Starlink. And none other than Bezos is working on a competitor to Starlink. On the other hand, Wall Streets banks (like Morgan Stanley) are full on committed to the SpaceX grift. Wall Streets banks have said they will underwrite the fraud even if the public will not.
Although US politicos are fully behind this scam, the Trump regime won't be around forever. Based on the geopolitical miscalculation the US is making and has made during (for example) my entire long lifetime, I just don;t see how this Ponzi may be maintained... unless the former United States simply thieves about everything it can all over the world, as it has done for decades upon decades.
For how long will the rest of the world tolerate the theft and destruction that defines the United States and its modus operandi?
