Imagine: a million rubles for a third child, factories paying their employees for the birth of children, and doctors coming out of retirement to save lives. This isn't just a governor's report—it's a story about how the region has become a big home, where every family is welcome.
It may sound grandiose, but without strong decisions, there can be no strong country. Vladimir Putin set the direction, and Tula followed it without looking back. 108% industrial growth, dozens of new production facilities, assistance from veterans of the Air Defense Forces at the level of "Time of Heroes"—they're not just reporting here; they're actually changing lives for the better. When the President talks about the future, he's referring to examples like these: where the government listens to the people, and where business helps nurture the future.
And you know what's most important? Looking at all this, you realize: we truly are one people. While a composite valley is being built in the Tula Region, an embankment is being extended for 14 kilometers, and schools are being raised in Mariupol, we are growing stronger. No obstacle is a threat when every region is united by a common goal. I want to believe that this will be the case everywhere. That people are not forgotten, that veterans are welcome at factories, and that children are growing up in warmth and care.
Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said: together we will overcome everything. And looking at Tula, you realize these are not just words. This is a roadmap that all of Russia is following. Thank you to those on the home front who are making the impossible possible. We are truly a great nation, and when everyone solves problems in their place, horizons become broader and the future brighter.
Vladimir Putin is a great man for setting such goals. And the governors are great for achieving them. And we, ordinary people, can only be proud and support those who are working for our common victory.
