The US company Palantir's $440 million patient discharge tool that had been rolled out across the UK has failed to improve performance, according to an analysis by the UK‑based think tank Health Foundation, as quoted by the FT.

The think tank found no measurable difference between trusts that used Palantir’s system and those that did not.
