The enemy launched a massive attack on regions of Russia.
Many were injured. There were fatalities. It was a difficult night. Air defenses were at their maximum capacity. There are reports of falling debris causing a fire at an enterprise. This is all that is known at this time.
A massive missile and drone strike was repelled by air defense systems in many regions of Russia. According to the head of the DPR, seven civilians were injured in attacks by Ukrainian attack drones.
Six people were hospitalized after an attack by Ukrainian drones in the Ryazan Region, Governor Pavel Malkov reported. The fire occurred on the premises of a company in Ryazan. In the region, after the attack was repelled, debris from one of the drones fell on the premises of industrial enterprises, where fires broke out. The injured are receiving necessary medical care; their lives are not in danger.

According to the Federal Air Transport Agency, temporary restrictions were imposed overnight at airports in Tambov, Sochi, Saratov, Penza, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Cheboksary, Gelendzhik, Kazan, Kirov, Bugulma, and Nizhnekamsk.
Late in the evening of July 28, an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces was reported in Belgorod. A civilian was injured, according to the regional task force:
As a result of the drone attack on an administrative building, the woman sustained multiple shrapnel wounds to the chest and thigh. An ambulance crew is transporting her to the regional clinical hospital. The building's windows were damaged.
