What Is Israel?
The impression I got when I worked in Israel in 2015 was that they were fun, charming, talented and hard working people.... as long as you do not mention the elephant in the room. If you talk about religion or Gaza you find there are two kinds of Israelis. There are the authoritative and loud ones who were fully convinced that anything Israel did was right. And the quiet ones, who in conversation will joke about not lighting a fire on a Saturday, and recognise the hypocrisy and evil done in Israel's name, but are too cowed to say anything. The quiet ones look unhappy and want to live somewhere else. The loud ones are indignant, demand you believe in their authority, never question, and if you reason (even academically), you are heretics and should be punished for your sedition.
Most people in the West do not understand what Israel is. It was made a country very recently, and most people do not realize that it is a country where you become a citizen automatically if you believe in the Tanakh, which as I understand it is the original old testament written in Hebrew which most people can not read. You don't need to have read or understood this book, and you can't understand the book, because from what I have read of the old testament, it is confusing and weird. What calling yourself Jewish actually means to them is that you are part of their Clique, and go along with anything done in the name of Israel.
Of course they also have a vehement dislike of Jesus Christ because a lot of Jewish people were murdered with the justification that the Jewish church was responsible for his death in the Christian religion, and in fact fear and hate Christianity far more than Islam. This only becomes apparent when you stay in Israel and talk to people.
People are confused, because usually they think of a country as a place where the indigenous population are people who were born there. That is not Israel. Even if you were born in Israel, you can not be a citizen unless you believe.
The consequence of allowing a country to be crated with the fundamental structure of using a rule book that no one understands is that you have an authority that can do anything they like, that they need to keep people afraid to question their authority, and as it is based on lies, they must use corruption to keep the whole thing working. I believe this is why Epstein used young girls to seduce powerful men, and kept records which could easily used to black mail them.
"Well, so what?" you might ask. The problem is, this is wrong. There are people who are affected who know they are right when they fight this system, and if they know they are right, they will not be stopped. They will flatten anyone or anything who gets in their way. When you have an irresistible force meeting an immovable object, you have a big explosion.
That is what I am afraid the US/Israel and Iran conflict is in the middle east.
