With Nato becoming ever more desperate to go to war against Russia. Each nations leaders are installing onto themselves "emergency powers" and like any power installed onto itself, it needs to validate itself.
Given the circumstances what can we expect from the elites?...

• Conscription & Civil Labor: Executive powers allow the state to reintroduce compulsory military service. The state can also mandate civil labor, forcing civilians into wartime manufacturing, logistics, or agricultural infrastructure. (If its anything like covid first gaslighting propagandise shaming all those none compliant. Then Ukraine style wrangle them like cattle shipping off all undesirables to die. Whilst the docile sheep and chickens are happily enslaved in factories.)
• Movement & Assembly: Governments gain the immediate authority to impose strict curfews, close borders, ban public protests, lock down regions, and restrict internal travel. (COVID regs, can't have the public banding together.)
• Suspension of Judicial Norms: Habeas corpus can be bypassed. Allowing for imprisonment without immediate charge or trial if an individual is deemed A THREAT to public safety or national security. (Gov's turning to medieval tyranny pre 1166 to suppress and subdue all dissent.)

🔒 Information & Surveillance.

• Censorship & Disinformation Controls: The executive can enforce mandatory wartime censorship over news agencies, digital media, and telecommunication networks. Spreading "false rumors" or defeatist information will be criminalized.
• Mass Surveillance: Wiretapping, internet monitoring, data intercepts, and the tracking of personal communications are systematically expanded. State security agencies are granted warrantless access to private digital communication to combat espionage and sabotage. (All these data centers aren't just for chatGPT questions. This will store every piece of comms on everyone to ensure complete obedience.)

💰 Finances, Pensions, & Economy.

• Capital Controls: To preserve cash flow, governments will freeze bank accounts, restrict international wire transfers, limit cash withdrawals, and temporarily suspend financial trading. (Steal your money for their own purposes and hand you a food stamp.)
• Diversion of Assets: Government spending is legally reoriented toward the military effort. While pensions used to purchase sovereign war bonds. (Like Von der Leyen said "they need your lazy money" and will put it to work... for themselves. )
• Price Controls: The state typically fixes the prices of vital goods, and restricts wage increases to stabilize the war economy. (Use your digital dystopia tokens to buy gov approved items.)

🏠 Private Property.

• Requisitioning: The state possesses the legal right to seize private vehicles, ships, aircraft, buildings, and industrial facilities to quarter troops or move military cargo.
• Eminent Domain: The immediate possession of property without the owner’s consent. (Outright stealing your possessions.)

🌾 Agriculture, Food, & Land.

• Compulsory Production: The state can dictate exactly what crops you must grow, what livestock you must raise, and where your yields must be distributed.
• Land Appropriation: Farmland can be requisitioned for military bases, airstrips, fortifications, or trenches.
• Rationing Systems: Free-market sale of food is suspended. The state takes control of food logistics, introducing strict ration books to distribute caloric allowances to the general public based on priority. (In essence the plebs eat grule as the elites eat lobster with lemongrass tartar.)

All in all WW3 aka the war with Russia and the global supply destruction is a massive slow walked way to strip populations of everything and control everything.
