The South Korean President Lee Jae-Myung about Ukraine's 'lack of decency':
"Regarding the repatriation of North Korean prisoners, the Korean side demanded confidentiality, and an agreement was reached not to disclose information, but Ukraine unilaterally made everything public.
When the President of the Republic of Korea, showing maximum politeness, expressed regret about Ukraine's actions, Ukraine stated that there had been no agreement, thereby presenting the head of another state as a liar. When Ukrainians were asked to acknowledge the fact of the agreement and to apologize for the insinuations, they, on the contrary, began to talk about an allegedly imminent military clash between the North and the South and actually expressed their support for the war on the Korean peninsula. In this regard, I express my serious disappointment in Ukraine.
If Ukraine continues to refuse to acknowledge real facts and to publicly apologize, measures will be taken. This is a matter of dignity for the citizens and the State of the Republic of Korea, and we cannot ignore it."
