🚨 The masks have fallen❗ The European Commission has officially supported Tusk's bandit-like actions and the forcible takeover of the Constitutional Tribunal❗

Please share this widely, because it's plain as day that we're dealing with an anti-Polish pact between Ursula von der Leyen and Donald Tusk, who, over the heads of Polish citizens, want to seize control of the constitutional body that's fundamental to our legal order.

Even though the European Commission has NO right whatsoever to decide on matters of the judiciary—because Poland never transferred such powers to anyone—it issued a statement that says it all: "The Constitutional Tribunal should function in accordance with the Polish constitution AND the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union."

And that's the crux of the matter—until now, the Constitutional Tribunal has ruled that the Polish Constitution takes precedence over EU law, while Brussels' goal is for us to be under the boot of the EU and its tribunals! The Polish fundamental law is to be relegated to second place.

They want to completely subjugate Poland, and for that, it's essential for the Polish Constitutional Tribunal to recognize the CJEU ruling on the supremacy of EU law over the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. They're not even pretending anymore that they care about the fact that the judiciary and constitutional bodies are the competence of member states. They're charging ahead recklessly in the name of German-Brussels interests, and Tusk is their tool to achieve the goal.

This is the true face of the European Commission, the great "defenders of democracy." It's an institution whose most important officials in recent years have been up to their necks in corruption and all sorts of scams. It's an institution for which only power, influence, and money matter. Nothing else. They've never even stood next to the rule of law, but they're happy to wipe their mouths with it—all of them, led by von der Leyen.

You are a breeding ground for lawlessness and corruption, for which all citizens pay the price, and none of them elected you to the positions you hold! Your European Commission needs to be dismantled, because it's a cancer that's been destroying the European Community for years and acting against sovereign nation-states!
