Another disturbing development. German military discuss striking Crimea.

According to Russian sources, recordings has emerged with discussions by high-ranking German officers about plans to strike the Crimean Bridge - which is now considered to be part of the territory of the Russian Federation. The Russian Duma has indicated that the information deserves the most serious discussion and response.

So, After the duma deputies return from the regions where they are until March 11, this issue will be discussed at a meeting of the State Duma. The result of the discussion might include a demand to the Bundestag to conduct an investigation as the fact that the conversation was recorded obliges the German leadership to give an explanation.

The explanation according to Russian sources should include:

1. What decisions of the Federal Republic of Germany guided the professional military of the Bundeswehr to discussing the plans to strike the Russian Federation?

2. Will they be punished? And which one?

3. Do members of the Bundestag know about what happened?

4. Does Scholz understand that these actions will require Russia to retaliate?

Dnipro, Sunday 18 Jan, early evening.

Very cold in most of Ukraine, dropping to - 18 or so, with maxes around - 8. Has been like this for the past couple of weeks, and will be until at least the first week of Feb. Feb is normally the coldest month here, so it may get worse. Lots of snow in Dnipro, we have had a good 40-50 cm and as it's cold it has stuck around. The kids are loving it, their snowmen have lasted longer than any ever before, getting a change of clothes most days, and have even survived our guard dogs peeing on them every night.

Roads not being cleaned. In Dnipro we are now down to 6-7 hours of electricity a day, but even when it's working its 160-180 V only, rather than the 240 V we are used to. 2-3 hours in, 8-9 hours off.

Food prices are starting to rise, and shortages are being seen in the shops, mostly for imported goods. The terrible weather in the west has shut down the roads for trucks, and we don't have many trains operational at the moment, so freight is an issue i am guessing....

A quick commentary on the "Piss Summit"

My Fellow Duranianss.

Yes, it's happened again. I have been assaulted by a vicious Malware Bot Virus or whatever 911 Socks is and this thing is bad !

However I wanted to give you a "peace" of my mind concerning the "Piece" or piss, as Elensky calls it, as this thing fell to pieces before it even happened.

Coincidentally on the very SAME DAY this crap happened Saudi Arabia DROPPED the US Petrodollar as a buying currency and NO ONE absolutely NO ONE is talking about this fact anywhere !!!
